FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HERE ARE A FEW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WE GET. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, DON'T HESITATE, CALL US!

What are the age and weight limits?

Our zipline tour is great for thrill seekers of almost any age. We do ask that children be at least 3 years of age. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a 16-year-old or older.

There is no minimum weight limit; however, participants must be 275 pounds or less.

What should we wear/bring?

For Your Safety: Comfortable shoes with secure backs. No clogs, flip-flops, or other footwear that will slip off. You should wear shoes for trekking and walking. We advise wearing longer shorts or pants.

No skirts or belly shirts. No dangling earrings. Tie back long hair.

Extras:

Dress for the weather. We zip rain, snow, or shine. Bug repellant. Cap or hat under a helmet for colder weather (as long as zipliners can safely secure the helmet). Bring rain gear if forecasted.

Eureka Springs Zipline provides:
Petzl adjustable climbing helmets, full body harnesses, dual connection point lanyards for safety backup, all industry-standard gear for zipline courses, Petzl dual-wheel pulleys, carabineers, and Breakhawk braking systems.

Is it safe?

Eureka Springs Zipline inspects the zipline course, all equipment, and grounds daily. We inspect every aspect of the course quarterly. Cables are ½" aircraft grade steel that will hold 23,000 pounds, attached to trees that are guy-wired for strength and durability. Guests glide through the air using a pulley, climbing harness, and dual lanyards, conforming and exceeding industry standards for load capacity.

Do your zipline guides accept tips?

Yes, while not required, it is much appreciated. Our professionally trained guides commit to ensuring that you have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. If you are inclined to leave a tip, the industry standard is 10%.

Can we use a camera or cell phone to take pictures on tour?

Cell phones are allowed as a camera source on platforms and walks. Zipliners cannot use them while zipping. Guests must secure all phones and cameras. We rent and sell cell phone lanyards in the office.

Is there anything else to do besides ziplining?

We also have a unique 1600-square-foot sky deck to observe zippers on our first four cables. Our Sky Deck is just feet from our first cable (Starter Fluid). Furthermore, we have observation trails and an outdoor center with shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, stickers, and much more! Additionally, we have a selection of soft drinks, bottled water, and snacks for sale in the office.

Is smoking permitted on tour?

No. For our guests' safety and the forest's protection, smoking is not permitted on tour.

How long does your experience last?

Our tours last approximately 1 hours for the Ultimate Course and 2 hours for the Premium Course.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside 72 hours of your tour time, you will be refunded or receive a voucher for the amount you paid. Before a refund is given, a processing fee of $10 per person is subtracted. If you cancel within 72 hours of your tour time, there are no refunds or vouchers. Late arrivals will not be refunded or given vouchers and will be unable to join the group. Those not meeting the weight requirements will not be refunded or receive a voucher. Space is limited, guests are being turned away for your tour, and costs for planning it have already been incurred.

We will not cancel due to rain or snow. The weather is subject to change quickly. We will make every effort to complete your tour as planned. However, at our discretion, we will temporarily suspend the tour, sometimes with very little notice, due to lightning, thunder, or high winds. If we cancel the tour, you will be offered a rain check. If we delay the tour, the cancellation policy will apply. Please plan your day accordingly. Tours are not "pushed up" more than 1/2 hour when there is a weather-related delay. If there are weather-related issues during your tour time, your tour is the tour that will be canceled. You are responsible for providing us with the best mobile number or email to reach you on the day of your tour. We do our best, but weather cancellations have happened, so be advised.

How much does it cost?

The Premium Course is $89 per person + tax, and the Ultimate 1/2 Course is $55 per person + tax.

Are there group rates?

Yes, we offer group rates for 10 or more which will receive a 10% discount per person.
